Eat foods that can support the low carb high protein diet as far as possible. Do not exclude the starchy food totally. Make sure the menu consists of one of the carbohydrate foods. Take them in small quantities. Other foods that can be taken in large quantities are fruits and vegetables.
Since science has shown that humans are what they eat, it is expedient to include the main classes of food in a meal. In other words, if a person eats junk and fast foods on a daily basis, the result cannot be a healthy body or mind. Some poor eating habits can easily make a person slide into a life of constant sickness and weakness muscles. Pay attention to main vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and macronutrients. Vegetarians who do not use meat can get vegetable proteins from selected foods such as beans, soya, cheese, eggs and dairy products. Eat food which provides high source of protien.
